Logs and diagnostics

Open Settings → Logs and diagnostics after reproducing the issue once. Record the app version, OS, time, Windows Proxy/TUN mode, expected action and actual result. Review exported information before sharing it privately.

Never publish subscription URLs/QR codes, UUIDs/passwords, email codes, session tokens or complete server JSON. Screenshots can expose these too. Sanitized diagnostics still deserve a manual review.

Clearing the log removes local diagnostics, not provider/server records or subscriptions. Save useful evidence first. Network recovery can help after an unclean shutdown leaves proxy/tunnel settings behind. Release protection permits connections outside the VPN; use it deliberately.
