Privacy — draft

The current client includes local direct Discord/YouTube bypass. On Windows, Kill Switch uses encrypted Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1) for core address resolution if no Xray DNS configuration is provided; these DNS requests may run outside the VPN. Explicit provider DNS settings are retained. See the Russian draft for details.

The Russian draft documents current code-level data flows: local encrypted configurations, subscription requests and hashed device IDs, provider API, email authentication, diagnostic logs, images/geodata, updates and the help site. It is not a claim that deployment-specific retention or processing arrangements have already been verified. No English legal translation has been approved.

Before final publication, the operator must confirm identity, processing bases, hosting/processors, retention/deletion procedures and user rights. Contact admin@qme.sh for data questions. Do not send subscription tokens, email codes or credentials.
